Skills Assessment: The ETI Recruiting Methodology involves a thorough candidate evaluation and profile which goes beyond their initial screening and qualification. It is critical that all candidates represented by ETI possess the skills necessary to exceed client expectations. As we move candidates through this process we will perform an assessment of their skills, knowledge and abilities in the areas of their expertise.
For specific positions, ETI will utilize a web-based assessment tool to evaluate each candidates skill level in multiple disciplines, determine their strengths and weaknesses and assess their ability to perform the specific job function. Our testing program is award winning and extremely accurate. These tests focus on knowledge, ability and simulated real life situations that assist in determining critical factors such as problem solving skills, decision making ability and logical thinking. We are also able to provide our clients with a detailed report as required.
Screening:
Background Investigation, Credit Checks, Drug Screens and Education Verification are available to all of our clients upon request. In addition, we offer a variety of assessments, evaluations or testing in the following areas:
